WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

MY CREDIT CARD SHOULD BE WORKING, BUT IT'S NOT. WHAT'S HAPPENING?

The address saved in your account under "Customer Information" must match the address on your credit card billing statement. Please verify this address before trying to place your order again. If it still does not work, please call us at 1-844-365-BREW (2739) or send us an email at ecommerce@mzb-usa.com.

I AM UNABLE TO LOCATE MY FAVORITE PRODUCT AT MY LOCAL STORE, WHY?

Please check our updated store locator. If you still cannot locate the product at your local store, please ask the store manager if they can order the product for you. If they cannot, feel free to order from this online store or call 1-844-365-BREW (2739) to place your order.

ARE THE PRODUCTS PRICED BY THE CASE OR BY THE CAN?

Whether the product is sold by case or by unit is indicated in the name of the product and in the product description. Look for the NOTE under the product description.

DO YOU HAVE SALES OR PROMOTIONS ON THE PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE?

From time to time, we do offer coupon codes or run sales on the website. Subscribe to the mailing list by clicking here. All sales are while supplies last and we reserve the right to limit quantities. One discount offer per order. 

HOW LONG DOES THE COFFEE STAY FRESH?

Coffee in unopened steel cans is guaranteed to stay fresh for at least two years after it is roasted and packaged. Unopened instant coffee is guaranteed to stay fresh for at least three years (in glass jars) and two years (in plastic jars). Coffee in unopened bags is guaranteed to stay fresh for one year after it is roasted and packaged. Please check the "best by" date on the bottom of the package.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE FOR HILLS BROS. CAPPUCCINO?

Unopened containers are guaranteed for one year. Please check the "best by" date on the package.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY COFFEE?

Coffee is best stored in an air tight container at room temperature. The aroma and taste gradually decrease with exposure to air, which contains moisture and other odors. Coffee is porous and will absorb the moisture and odors from the air. Packages should be closed immediately after use and used within two to three weeks after opening.

I LIVE IN CANADA, WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCT?

Please ask the store manager at your favorite store if they can order the product for you. Our online store ships to Canada as well. (Customers are responsible for the Brokerage/Duty & Taxes fee established with UPS at the time of delivery. Shipping fees will be paid through this online store.)

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Currently we only ship to Canada and APO/FPO addresses. Due to the cost to ship outside the North America, we are not able to provide this service at this time. If you live in another country outside the US and Canada, please try www.myamericanshopper.com. Please note that when you enter a link outside of our web store, Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA bears no liability for the contents thereof.

WILL YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO BOXES?

As a courtesy to our Service Members we do ship to APO/FPO boxes. Please follow the directions listed below or feel free to contact us at 844-365-2739.

Create an account, making sure the address under the "Customer Information" section is the same as the address on your credit card billing statement.

When prompted for the "Ship to" address, enter EComm (for first name) and Clerk (for last name), 1370 Progress Road, Suffolk, VA, 23434." Entering this address informs the shipping clerk the order needs to be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.

In "comment" section, please provide us with the recipient's name and APO/FPO address.

Customers will be charged the UPS shipping costs as calculated within the shopping cart. Postal rates are actually more and Massimo Zanetti Beverage pays the difference.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING?

We use UPS and USPS. Shipping charges vary depending on weight and shipping address. The online store will provide you with the shipping charges prior to entering your credit card information. For your convenience, we have added a shipping cost calculator to aide you in determining shipping costs. Massimo Zanetti does not control the shipping charges. WHY CAN'T I USE A MASTERCARD OR VISA GIFT CARD?

Gift cards are not issued in a person's name which causes an error during the authorization process. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy for more information.

WAREHOUSE HOLIDAY CLOSURES:

Our hard-working employees are important to us and deserve a break every now and then. During times when we close the warehouse to enjoy holidays with our families shipments may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and work hard to get orders out after each break. Our warehouse will be closed the following dates:

January 1, 2024 - New Year’s Day
January 15, 2024 - Martin Luther King Day
March 29, 2024 - Good Friday
May 27, 2024 - Memorial Day
June 21, 2024 - Juneteenth (Observed)
July 5, 2024- Independence Day Holiday (Observed)
September 2, 2024 - Labor Day
November 28 and 29, 2024 - Thanksgiving Holiday  
December 24 and 25, 2024 - Christmas

Orders can still be placed online during these time periods and calls into our Consumer Call Center will still be answered, however requests for phone orders and emails will be answered the following open business day.
