I have ordered from you guys many times and this is a first. All of the products were just tossed in a box with lots of room to spare so the cans were all bent in really bad, and one of the plastic lids was busted but the coffee was intact. Typically I would not care if the cans are bent but these were going into gift bags. I did reach out to customer service on the 18th. I spoke with Rachael Peterson through via email. She said she would resend the cans due to them being damaged and not to worry about sending them back. Still have not received the replacement cans yet and I reached out two days ago to make sure they were not lost in the mail. I have had no response. Thank you for your help and time.
